AGREEMENT
FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the requirements of international law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) adopted by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on April 24, 2016, as well as the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, I, as the data subject, hereby freely, willingly, and in my own interest provide my consent to AVB Invest Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), registered at 373 Lexington Avenue, 369 New York, NY, 10017, email: info@avbinvest.co, including its affiliates and other organizations within and outside the United States, to process my personal data by automated and non-automated means.
The processing includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer to third parties, including cross-border transfer to countries that may or may not provide adequate protection of personal data subjects’ rights, distribution, posting on publicly accessible websites operated by the Controller, anonymization, and destruction of my personal data, including but not limited to:

The above personal data will be processed for the purposes of:
- Providing access to the Website in web and mobile formats;
- Internship participation for registered users who signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU);
- Product promotion;
- Communication with the Controller’s staff;
- Surveys and research aimed at assessing satisfaction with services and improving the Website;
- Marketing and informational communications via email or phone;
- Statistical and analytical research using anonymized data;
- Product development or enhancement in line with Website content;
- Other purposes as stated in the Privacy Policy.
This consent is given for any data processing activity including: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymization, cross-border transfer, blocking, deletion, and destruction, as well as any other lawful actions required by applicable international, EU, US, or Delaware laws depending on the User's residence.
I understand and consent that my data may be shared with third parties and that I have the right to know the identity of those third parties.
I agree to be contacted by the Controller using the provided contact information, and for my data and communication results to be stored.
I acknowledge that the Controller ensures lawful data processing by both automated and manual means and implements all reasonable organizational, technical, and physical safeguards. However, I understand that absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
This consent is informed, specific, unambiguous, and voluntary. I am aware that the storage duration of my personal data depends on the volume, nature, sensitivity, and risks associated with the data, and may last up to 10 years or indefinitely, unless I withdraw my consent by emailing: info@avbinvest.co.
I understand that even after withdrawal of this consent, the Controller may continue processing my personal data under legal grounds provided by applicable international, EU, US, or Delaware legislation.
