AGREEMENT
TO RECEIVE ADVERTISING AND NEWSLETTERS
I hereby, acting freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest, give my express consent to receive from the operator of the website https://avbinvest.com/ (hereinafter, the “Website”), AVB Invest Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator” or the “Controller” or the “Processor”), messages and other communications of a promotional and/or informational nature (collectively referred to as “Marketing Communications”), including information about products and/or services, promotional offers, and campaigns that may be of interest to me.
Such communications may be delivered to me via the following means, including but not limited to:
- SMS and messages through messengers (including WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.);
- Push notifications, banners, or other in-app alerts;
- Telephone calls;
- Emails sent to the email address I provided;
- Other forms of communication using the contact details (telephone number and/or email address) I provided through the Website.
I confirm that at the time of giving consent to receive advertising and newsletters I am an adult citizen in accordance with the laws of the country of which I am a citizen. If I have not reached the age of majority, but have reached the age of 16, I am obliged, before giving consent to receive advertising and newsletters, to obtain consent to receive advertising and newsletters from my parents or legal representatives (guardians, trustees or other persons who, in accordance with the laws of the country of my residence, are obliged to care for me until I reach the age of majority).
I acknowledge that I may revoke this consent at any time, either personally or through a legal representative, by sending a request to the following email address: info@avbinvest.co
I also confirm that the phone number and/or email address I have provided to the Operator belongs to me, and that the Marketing Communications are intended solely for my receipt and will not be accessed by third parties who have not given their consent to receive such communications.
I understand that if I am not of legal age under the laws of my country of citizenship or residence, any Marketing Communications sent to my phone number or email address may be accessed by my parents or legal representatives.
